What's a YCH? It stands for "your character here"! You pick the template, and I fill it in with whatever character you like!
Almost all of these will be formatted for Discord/Emote use unless specified otherwise!

By sending me a commission, you agree to the following:

I, the designer/artist, have the right to refuse any projects/requests according to my discernment.
The commission prices stated are for work made purely for personal use. Plans of printing my work, using it for advertising, merch, etc must be made clear to me as soon as possible.
Additional charges may apply if your request is overly complex/difficult.
I maintain rights to post the work of your commission for my example gallery/portfolio.
Do not edit my artwork! (Housing designs may differ to this rule, ask me!)
Do not trace my work.
Do not resell or redistribute my work!
I will not do major edits. What references you give me up front will be what I will use for the creation of your commission. However, if you think it's something I can help/adjust in a small way, please tell me promptly.
Credit is never mandatory, but appreciated!
Gift payments are always expected upfront.
General waiting time can vary anywhere from a day to a month, exceeding this as the size/scope of the commission grows!
I do not give refunds on the client’s request. However if I am unable to complete/finish your commission in a timely manner (my discretion) I will refund it.
I retain the right to cancel our commission at any time if I deem that the client is acting inappropriately.

Hello! I do house design work in ReMakeplace! I create designs with a strong focus on interactivity and function to compliment a design that also looks beautiful. I create designs that have working in-game seating, interactive furniture for FCs, hidden beds for gorgeous Gposes and more!
I work roughly for the following rates, but I can be flexible for the right client. Let me know what you can offer instead, and I might take you up on it!
FC Room / APT: 3-5 mil Gil
Small House: 5-8 mil Gil
Medium House: 8-12 mil Gil
Large House: 15 mil+ Gil

I do not do installation, as it's a big process taking me to create an alt, level it for dyes, get into the FC and then doing the install. However if you REALLY need an installation, I could consider it for a significant up-front Gil bribe only.
